Seated exercise is a chair-based exercise class for the whole body. The class focuses on functional movement, so participants are able to continue with their daily activities and keep moving.

We work on leg and arm strength and use lots of different equipment like exercise bands, balls and weights. There is a musical section with dance style movements and exercises to help cognitive function too. It’s a fun class where everyone works at their own level.
