About Me

After studying at the prestigious Elmhurst Ballet School, I worked all over the world as a professional dancer. Moving into the fitness industry was a natural next step for me.

Over the last 25 +years I have worked as a Fitness Instructor, Studio Coordinator, Fitness Manager, and General Manager of a large health club.

I finally set up my own business and continue to do what I love.

I teach adults from all walks of life, abilities and fitness levels, specialising in older adult fitness.

I run group sessions but offer instruction very much at a personal level using the wealth of knowledge I have accumulated over years of teaching and studying. I use this experience frequently to help and support my clients, continually updating my learning and offering new techniques to keep all my sessions fresh, interesting and enjoyable.

My classes bring together my experience, knowledge and positive approach to provide an empowering workout not just for the body but for the mind too. You are guaranteed a warm welcome and to leave your session feeling uplifted.  I want you to feel good and enjoy your session, feel inspired and positive.

‘The classes offer a range & variety of physical challenges & mental/emotional well-being.

The classes are well prepared & structured & you can work at your own level’
